Now Moshe must regroup and prepare for something much worse: The divine destruction of his adopted homeland. And yet Moshe himself has his own faith wavering this week, so how can he get others to believe it either, for what comes is unprecedented and what is still to come far worse. The lives of two nations and millions of people hang in the balance.
